After moving from Florida, to Los Angeles, to now Minneapolis, I've experienced many people & places. My background includes a degree in psychology, along with mostly restaurant work & hospitality - really anything that deals with customer service and working with people.
I feel as though my extensive background in hospitality and customer service really helps in the UX world, as empathy and understanding user needs is imperative. Throughout the years I've been able to really listen and understand what people want. Whether that's a very specific cake decoration, almond and oat milk in their latte, or creating a product that solves problems.
When I’m not working you can find me exploring the beautiful nature of Minnesota, taking film photography, and trying to stay awake at live music shows.
